What We Need From You

Sailing experience (bareboat or skippered charter)
Number of guests
Preferred dates and embarkation base
Sailing area or islands of interest
Additional services (skipper, hostess, cook, transfers, etc.)

Booking Process

Once we receive your request, we prepare a detailed offer based on your preferences.
After confirmation, you will receive the charter contract, invoice, and payment instructions.

Two weeks before departure, we will request your crew list and assist with:

Transfers, provisioning, and hotel arrangements
Recommended sailing itineraries and routes

Rates & Fees (EUR)

Charter rates include:

VAT
Yacht with standard equipment

Not included:

Fuel, water, port fees, provisioning
Transfers, excursions, extra linen

Compulsory fees (payable at base):

Final cleaning
Outboard engine

Optional services:

Skipper (€210–€230/day + food)
Hostess (€190–€210/day + food)
Water toys, safety net, and other extras

Embarkation & Deposit

Check-in: from 17:00
Check-out: by 09:00
Return to base by 18:00 the evening before disembarkation

A refundable security deposit (€2,000–€5,000) will be blocked on embarkation and released after check-out.

Insurance

All yachts are fully insured for hull, equipment, third-party liability, and sea pollution (deductible applies).

Payments

Down payment: 30–50% upon booking
Final payment: 45 days before embarkation

Cancellation Policy (Summary)

180+ days: refundable
180–30 days: non-refundable unless rebooked (10% fee)
<30 days / No-show: non-refundable
Crew fees apply separately
